At SEMIFINALIST, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email address for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
